I am a UX Researcher and Designer

That means I design the interaction people have with websites, smartphone applications, and automated phone and messaging systems, and I test those products and services with people, to constantly improve them, so they are clear, easy to use, fast and efficient, and maybe even fun. I also teach about the related fields of Human Factors in Industrial Engineering and Human Computer Interaction at a university. I am passionate about the promises of technology and a future which is adapted to people and the betterment of their lives. Since a kid, I've wanted to live in the future, and now I do. I'm a voracious reader of science fiction and fantasy, I suppose also a manifestation of my interest the future. I also a proud parent of four very creative and idealistic kids. And I am an aspiring film buff.
